We either deliver the order to your door or you can come and collect it from us in Saanen or Zweisimmen. You can find information on the collection points below.

Our telephone lines are currently heavily burdened due to the corona crisis. We are therefore grateful to you if you order through the internet shop.

Pick-up dates in the logging areas
If you order today for pickup tomorrow, the following applies:

You order today until 12.00 p.m. for pick-up tomorrow: The goods will be ready in the pick up area tomorrow at 9.00 a.m.

You order today after 12 p.m. for tomorrow: The goods will be ready tomorrow in the pick up area from 2 p.m.

You order today for delivery tomorrow: the goods will be delivered to you during the day and deposited at the front door.

-With the completion of the transaction in the shop you place an order. The order cannot be canceled and will be charged in any case.

Important: If you order in the internet shop, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, something has gone wrong, in which case your order has not arrived.

Please adhere strictly to the hygiene rules!

The ordered goods will only be placed in the designated and marked place (see plan). We will be open again from April 27th, but we expect longer waiting times at the store entrance. This means that if you want to pick up your order and also buy something, you may have to wait in line for a long time at the entrance.

Note the scheduled pick-up time.

The safety distance of two meters between people must be strictly observed

Drive disciplined to the pick-up area - there is enough waiting space for you.

Take your goods and leave the area immediately.

Please only take the goods that you have ordered with you.

Please be concerned about the transport yourself. We cannot provide any help with loading the goods, alternatively our delivery service is at your disposal.

Please understand if our telephone line is busy. Please order via the internet shop.

If you have ordered on account, please wait until you receive the invoice and then pay it immediately. It may take some time before you receive the invoice.
